Elegance and rationality in open country: a contrast that emphasizes the functional nature of this administrative building.
The beams of the floors that plough the façade have been tested in laboratory to determine the dissipation of energy caused by the change of temperature between the inside and the outside.
The result showed that for the 76 beams the loss of electricity consumption of the whole building was 0,03%: a negligible percentage.
