This two-floor building fully expresses the nature of steel structures, and reaches a refined elegance through simple and accurate details.
A strict town-planning scheme fixed the height of the building to a maximum of 4.8 m., and in consequence it limited the width both of the floor and of the roof. In spite of the unusual steel joints, the structure has been realized in only 3 days.
In the inside we find a comfortable atmosphere and a sensation of space and light that challenges the small measures: the plan is indeed only 10 x 10 m.
