This new building, measuring 31200 m2, is characterized by a plain slab floor: the cement slabs, held up by steel beams’ lower flange, are pre-fabricated, while the cement covering is made up at the moment. This mixed building system, with steel and cement, gives the greatest chance for pipes and service ducts’ easy fastening, moreover it gives the structure a suitable anti-fire protection.
